What is the Adult Crossing Guard Recognition Week?
It is a special week that seeks to allow local schools and communities an opportunity to take some time and thank any adult school crossing guards for their time and efforts.
Resources:
In late November or early December, a DPI information and resource mailing will be sent out to all public elementary school principals. The mailing will include:

Online Activities Report Forms (as of 11/27/07 following two links are active):
An Online activity report form that can be completed online and submitted automatically to the DPI by a click of a mouse. This report will remain online until Noon on Friday January 18, for schools and police departments to access and use to report their activities.
An MS Word Copy of the Activity Report Form that can be copied to your hard drive and then completed and saved, then send it to randall.thiel@dpi.state.wi.us as an attachment. For those who prefer to fill out a report by hand, you can click the MS Word version link just provided , print-off a hard copy and then fill it out by hand and send it in to:
