FY 2007/2008 PROGRAM APPROVAL APPLICATION
Have you completed and submitted your district's 2007/2008 Program Approval Application? The due date for school year programs was August 15, 2007.
Online Public School DE program Approval (PI 1709) Applications for 2007/2008 are now ready to be completed online (After completing the online application and electronically submitting your data, remember to then go back to teh menu and request an "Application Summary." When teh application summary appears on screen, print a copy, have teh hard copy signed and dated by teh District Superintendent and mail it in to the DPI). Simply CLICK HERE TO START THE PROCESS.
Note: Deadline for 2007 Summer Programs was May 15; and for School-Year Programs it was August 15.
