"The Speedway Club" Outing

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Dinner will be at "The Speedway Club" on the sixth floor of Smith Tower, overlooking Lowe's Motor Speedway. The buffet menu is truly "a taste of Carolina" with pork baby back ribs, fried chicken, barbecue beef and salt 'n pepper catfish. The fixins are red skin potato salad, corn on the cob, creamy coleslaw, baked beans, green beans, smashed potatoes, hush puppies, corn bread, biscuits, and an array of desserts.

After dinner there will be a DJ for good dancing and socializing. If you prefer track entertainment there is a Summer Shootout on the track with Legends Car; Bandolero, Thunder Car racing, Lug Nut and other special attractions such as school bus races, and fireworks. The show runs from 7:30 - 10:15 P.M. at a cost of $7.00 per adult, and $3.00 for children 6-12. There will be shuttle service provided for those that attend the Summer Shootout.
